Price List
All prices listed are exclusive of GST. Headford Propagators Ltd. reserves the right to alter the prices as necessary without prior notice.

Order Confirmation
The Purchaser shall supply a date required for plants ordered at time of order. A non-refundable deposit may become due immediately in order to secure lines ordered for supply at a later date. Confirmed orders will be supplied in full subject to any shortages caused by conditions beyond Headford Propagators Ltd. control. Plants held after the expected date required may attract an additional fee.

Terms of Sale & Credit Application
Legal ownership of Headford Propagators Ltd. product shall remain with Headford Propagators Ltd until full payment has been received. Customers applying for credit must fully complete a Headford Propagators Ltd. Credit Application Form and supply two credit references. Where credit is granted, all accounts must be paid in full, including tray and tube charges, by the 20^th of the month following dispatch. Should the Purchaser’s credit worthiness be in doubt at any time, Headford Propagators Ltd. shall be entitled to withhold delivery until payment is made. Overdue accounts will attract an interest charge of 2{89611e9c9ebeb2a4e99d1575eae1bfb44f80957de377fe47b32c4d30dd8b0a1b} per month, compounding, until paid, with a minimum monthly credit service charge of $10 per month. Any default in payment shall make all money payable by the Purchaser immediately due. All associated debt collection or recovery costs shall be payable by the buyer.

Information Collection and Use
Headford Propagators Ltd. will collect and hold information supplied on the Credit Application Form for the purpose of administering customer accounts, providing credit references and to enable Headford Propagators Ltd to inform customers of its merchandise and services. As part of this administration, it may be necessary to provide personal information of customers to debt collection, repossession and credit reporting agencies and their clients.

Any customer has the right to access and correct the personal information held by Headford Propagators Ltd. about them or their business.

Limitation of Liability
Headford Propagators Ltd is not liable in respect of any failure or delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. Headford Propagators Ltd takes all care to ensure plants sold are true to name and description. In no circumstances shall Headford Propagators Ltd be liable for any consequential loss by the Purchaser and /or any third party. Should a claim be made to Headford Propagators Ltd. in respect of product quality, such a claim will only be recognised if Headford Propagators Ltd. is advised of the details of the claim, in writing, within seven days of the Purchaser receiving the goods.  Headford Propagators Ltd. liability shall not exceed replacement of the goods in question or a credit to the equivalent value of the returned goods.

Delivery of Headford Propagators Ltd. Product
Dates given for delivery will not be treated as conditions of sale. Headford Propagators Ltd. will endeavour to meet all delivery dates but no claim shall be made by the Purchaser on account of late delivery. Freight, packaging and handling is not included in the listed price and will be charged at cost. Freight subsidies may apply for deliveries of >1500 plants.

Freight of our Product on other than Headford Propagators Ltd. Trucks
On any other carrier, once the goods are loaded onto transport bound for the Purchaser’s delivery address, the risk of the goods is passed from Headford Propagators Ltd to the Purchaser. Headford Propagators Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any damage incurred during or after the delivery of goods being carried by other freight companies.

Minimum Orders
Minimum quantity available in one variety is 10 plants. Minimum total order is 100 plants.

Headford Propagators Ltd Tubes & Trays
Headford Propagators Ltd plants are shipped in trays unless otherwise requested. Handling fees apply for plants not shipped in trays. In most cases trays of tubes are charged out as one unit. $10.00 for large trays of tubes, $9.00 for other trays of tubes, including multi-celled trays. Where no trays are sent, tubes will be charged at 6 cents each for 5cm tubes, 10 cents each for 7cm tubes and 35 cents for 1 litre pots. Frames for 1 litre pots charged out at $2.50 each. All prices are GST exclusive. Tubes and trays returned within three months of purchase will be given a full refund. Any other trays and tubes offered for return are deemed second hand and are not refundable under these terms. Freight costs for returned trays/tubes will be met by the Purchaser. Trays and tubes can be picked up by Headford Propagators Ltd. at a time that suits them and by arrangement. A fee may apply for this service.

Acceptance of Terms
Placement of an order or request for service constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Trade contained in this document. 

Additional Conditions relating to Headford Propagators Ltd. Freight Service 

Packaging & Information
All goods are to be appropriately packaged, labelled and clearly addressed. Full details of shipment including, contact person and phone number at destination, to be provided at time of pick up or before.

Freight Quotes and Tables of Rates
Rates are exclusive of Fuel Price Movement Charge (FPMC). The FPMC is subject to change and, when applicable, is set monthly depending on fuel price.

Liability in Transit
All freight carried by Headford Propagators Ltd. is insured and covered by the Carriage of Goods Act 1979. Frost damage occurring as a result of clients freighting frost sensitive products to regions that should reasonably be expected to be frost hazardous areas will not be covered. These frost intolerant plants will be freighted at the sole responsibility of the client.

Headford Propagators Ltd is only liable for a maximum of $2,000 per unit (inclusive of GST).

Claims for Loss or Damage
Headford Propagators Ltd is not liable for any claim unless written notification of the claim is given, including sufficient details (including relevant invoice and docket numbers) to allow Headford Propagators Ltd to investigate the claim, within 7 days of delivery, or in the case of non-delivery, 14 days after despatch.

No claim will be accepted for consequential loss.

All damage claims are required to return all goods concerned to Headford Propagators Ltd, as ownership of goods reverts to Headford Propagators Ltd.
